• 1-3 years of software selling and US cold calling experience. Should have hands-on experience in dealing with US clients.
  • Have a passion to achieve excellence in client interaction and be highly self-motivated.
  • Possess a no-fear attitude towards making cold-calls to attract the top talent and build our network.
  • Lead generation, pipeline development and closing new business, both as a doer and a leader.
  • Must be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow-ups, Requirement Gathering and CRM, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • This position is critical in communicating effectively on the telephone and through email
  • Develop a sales plan that aligns with the company’s strategic sales plan and revenue goals
  • Continue to develop and implement a structured, effective sales process
